Holly is the Executive Associate at Disruptive. Her role is centered around the success of our founder, Jacob Baadsgaard. She has always been, by nature, a manager, an organizer, and an orchestrator of projects and people. Holly always strives for excellence and takes pride in providing value to the executive team by making sure they are organized and moving the most important things forward. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, going on adventures with her husband, camping, hunting, hiking, and watching her three boys play sports.
