Lauren is a SHRM Senior-certified People professional who eats, sleeps, and breathes Human Resources. She strives to get the best out of each and every person she works with and to drive People initiatives centered around a great employee experience and excellent business results. She loves sharing her passion for coaching her teammates at all levels on work, life, leadership, and everything in between. In the moments where Lauren isn't Human Resourcing, she is a hands-on mom to two precious and very active little girls, a cat, and a Golden Retriever. She also loves crafting, thrifting, cooking, TV, and spending time with family and friends.
