  • Is the page clear, persuasive, and designed to convert?
  • Is the form, checkout, or booking process frictionless?

I’ve seen the same ad budget double in ROI with nothing but a landing page tweak. One message. One audience. One clear action. That’s the magic combo.

 

3. The Post-Website Experience

This is where most businesses drop the ball—after the conversion.

  • Are your leads receiving valuable, relevant follow-up?
  • Are you retargeting in a way that actually connects?
  • Are you using your confirmation pages to guide next steps?

The most likely person to convert is someone who’s already shown interest. Don’t let them hit a dead end. Keep them moving, keep them engaged, and for the love of results, keep tracking.

 

What Smart Execution Looks Like

Once you’ve fixed the funnel from top to bottom, it’s time to keep it healthy. Here’s how:

  • Audit by Channel – Check every traffic source regularly. Not once a year, not just when something breaks, but regularly.
  • Prioritize What Matters – You can’t do everything. Score your to-do list by impact, cost, and effort. Tackle immediate wins first.
  • Track the Right Stuff – Dashboards aren’t decorations. They should tell you exactly where you’re strong and where you’re leaking revenue.
